I am juggling quite a few books currently, heck yeah! As my reviewing was really slow at the start of the year, I’m trying to get as many reviews out as I can before the end of the year.
It’s a mix of indie and trad books!

I understand hardcovers costing the most. Fair. But when the ebook and hardcover are neck and neck price-wise, folks do be taking the piss.
Fitted sheets that pop off the corner of the bed every time you sit down are evil. EVIL.
I'm so tired of remaking my bed & it happens with any fitted sheet I try. I even got those clips to keep them on and it still happens.
I'm convinced my mattress is plotting against me. >.>
I really like that so much of this urban fantasy takes place in Poland!

hi everyone, i want to clarify some things about what i said on stream yesterday.
1) when he was first caught looking at paywalled, deepfake content of female streamers, it seems people forgot that the specific page shown on his stream was of me.
i didn't say much at the time because i was so uncomfortable, publicly humiliated, and i didn't think it needed explaining because it was so obviously wrong.
2) i appreciate that he spent thousands of dollars helping remove ai/df content (3000$ of which was offered to me specifically), but i've had to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars towards that same effort. regardless, no amount of money undoes what happened.
3) i'm not trying to cancel anyone or be the arbiter of who can do what. i'm simply sharing my feelings about something that publicly happened to me, and the ways in which it's affecting me today.
as he's become more involved in events and with people close to me, i've grown particularly uncomfortable. as far as i know, no one has really checked in with the women affected about how it makes them feel. other people forgiving him is their choice, but it doesn't mean i can't share my perspective on it as well.
one thing i've seen happen far too often is the rewriting of history, particularly as it pertains to issues like these, so i prefer to stand my ground so the narrative doesn't get twisted. hope this clarifies things!

Will you be self-publishing a book this year or in 2027? Just making author-ly conversation. Happy writing.
:) :)
‘“The next thing I know, some guy was telling me in my living room, ‘Hey, you’ve got to get out of here. Your house is on fire,’” he told WRCB.’

To the homies who don’t just like a social media book post, but like the book review itself on Goodreads and Wordpress, too: I see you, besties. I appreciate you so much 🥹🍻

James Patterson saying he’s going to write a romantasy book without using tropes seriously underestimates just how discerning the readers of this genre are. It’s like saying he’s going to cook a meal without telling us what the ingredients are. You just try that James.
Hans, you DICK 😭

ALT Goodreads updates that read: Rebecca Crunden is on page 132 of 554 of The Second Stone: Well, any liking I had for Hans vanished the second he STABBED THE PONY. WHAT THE FUCK, HANS?! Rebecca Crunden is on page 124 of 554 of The Second Stone: It was a foreseen consequence of the Demise that Highborn power would be compromised and a way opened into the Mind. What was not foreseen was that Dorilian Sordaneon would survive the slaughter. Instead of being left weakened and easily ruled, Sordan emerged with a Highborn ruler dedicated to freeing his nation of every tie but to him and the Rill.
I’m just one KDP sale away from ten this year for Bailuchien! If anyone’s looking for a short, spooky, Octobery read with vengeful forest spirits and girls saving themselves from evil grownups, check it out and be my tenth! ;)

Just finished The Dark Kind by Jessica Bethany tonight. If gothic vampires are the vibes you are after, then check out this book!
I described it as Underworld crossed with Sinners, crossed with Supernatural (the TV show).
I gave it 4.25 stars. Brilliant book for a debut.
