It’s been a busy finish to 2024 so I’m indulging in a rare day off and sitting down with a book. I might have to break off for Mr Darcy . We’d like to wish all our customers a very happy 2025, we’re hoping for lots of books to add to Treasure Chest and bottbooks.com

My advice, for what it’s worth: try not to be distracted by the faintly discourteous, the mildly incompetent, the harmlessly obnoxious. Roll with the delayed trains, dropped litter and misused apostrophes. Save your powder for the truly malevolent creatures now stalking the land.
Sadly it’s happened again. Those wanting to sell are never our regular customers. We need to sell to buy!
