Op 27 en 28 november vindt de 'Sitcom Show' in @BoomChicago plaats. Waan je weer even in de grappige televisieseries uit de jaren negentig. Ga verstandig #uitinams 👉 bit.ly/3fBFeDm

I spoke to @sethmeyers @jordanpeele @ambermruffin @jasonsudeikis @KayKayCannon @brendanhunting @ikebarinholtz (among others) to trace the history of this under-appreciated comedy institution: vulture.com/article/boom-chi…

The Most Influential Comedy Factory You’ve Never Heard Of

In the late 1990s, Boom Chicago took root in Amsterdam — and with it, the careers of many of today’s TV and movie standouts.

The story of how a small theater in Amsterdam became the most influential American comedy factory you’ve never heard of. On Boom Chicago, @DavidPeisner writes: vult.re/3nPxdxl

Catching up on 'Unlocking Us' w/ @BreneBrown re: #TedLasso w/ @jasonsudeikis & @brendanhunting. Their explanation of 'gezillig' was the bright spot I needed on this dreary Tuesday afternoon. Amazing how much comedic talent has made a pit stop at @BoomChicago!

This is what improv classes in the time of Covid-19 look like. One part listening, one part reacting, a zest of Magritte, and every part doable. @BoomChicago for details – at Amstelveen, Nederland

300 seats is now 160 seats with #distancing, but @boomchicago it still feels like a #fullhouse for the premiere of ‘Sitcom’ 90’s-themed super fun show. #Contactinfo at door, #routeplanners on the floor, staff with #faceshields & lots of non-bottleneck toilets. #theater #newnormal
