Players,
If your coach moves you to a different position, don’t take it personally.
He’s probably not moving you away from the field, he’s trying to find the spot that gives you the best chance to get on it.
Trust the process. Compete.

Most football staffs don’t fail because of talent.
They fail because:
• No clear structure
• No defined roles
• No consistent communication
So I built a Coaching Staff Manual and I’m giving it to every coach 👇
If you want it:
1. Follow @GridironHQ
2. Like + Repost
3. Comment “MANUAL”
I’ll send you the copyable version.

Huge series for Coach Boomer Nunez and the Falcons against a really good Loranger team! @Boomern2
The @falcons_sta complete the sweep over @LorangerBsb with a 3-2 win on Saturday. Junior pitcher @gabriel_musso5 was a big reason why. @WGNOsports @WGNOtv @Boomern2 @NorthshorePrepR

I’m not an #Arod fan but he’s absolutely right here. The hit the ball in the air #gurus are teaching a LA swing that few players can be successful with. It’s only going to get worse. #shegone @Yankees @notgaetti @BobFile @billdubs @TheRealJHair @Gregg_Jefferies @AMBS_Kernan
