Just spoke with customer service. They are aware of the issue for the last “10 minutes”. Status page now reflects network outage

@LiquidWeb This outage this AM is terrible. Servers offline, no timeline, no supervisors available. Terrible way to treat customers!

Terribly disappointed with @heroku. Their lack of response on support tickets and unresolved issues seemed out of character a week ago, but sadly seems to be the norm. #badcustomerservice #DoBetter
