My prediction for The Batman Part 2 is that Sebastian Stan is playing Zsasz, but he will be recruited by the Court of Owls as a “Talon” since they probably aren’t going the undead zombie route. Also wouldn’t be surprised if his Talon outfit is closer to an imposter Batman outfit
