Russia has just launched a massive wave of missile strikes against Ukraine.
More than 20 TU-95/TU-160s bombers are in the air and Kalibr missiles have also been launched from ships/subs
The missiles will reach Ukraine in 20-30 minutes

Difficult to deal with situation when i find out a GA guy who I had tried to help by giving some work to has been taking tools and other items to a local pawn shop for the last month...a reminder not everyone is on the same journey nor in the same place...
It is not the fact that i am 1020 days clean of betting, nor the fact that i am spending time with my family in Hawaii this week, nor is it our room upgrade to include a butler that prompts me to tweet, it is the fact that i am feeling happy, content and very lucky #GAdidthis
So i notice more now I am 973 days clean...I live in a house with all women...I am a man, but, I now sit down to wee and apparently boxer shorts have become "daddy knickers"...I did not notice the changes but there you go.
What...emotions can hit like a train...that Lost Voice Guys face when he won BGT was hard hitting...the new me felt that, the old me would have joked it off...living the new life of change👍

This weekend spent with family/friends away in a large country house enjoying the fine things of life...in the middle get a call from a GA guy who is struggling...speak and text for a while and get him through it...back to my enjoying life...GA gives you this network #GA.

Today is 2 years 2 months and 2 days since my last bet and today I needed all the tools in the box to walk past the 8 bookies in the high street...and did it...emotions and real life sh$t ain't easy.
759 days since my last bet and feeling good, positive, balanced and calm...so grateful for finding GA and for the tools, strength and insight it has given me and my family...Fridays are so different now!
The story is not unexpected...as a former friend of FOBT I am often surprised at the "£300 in 1 min" reference as that assumes this is the maximum...but it ignores my reality of playing multiple machines at the same time...now that is gladly not my life #GAworksforme
