Will Lankshear has 13 goals in #Boro’s first 13 league games. The last Boro player to do that was Brian Clough in 1958-59. 66 years ago. The only other #Boro player to score more was Jimmy McClelland in 1925-26. Not even the legendary George Camsell managed 13 after 13 games!

We’ve now scored 30 league goals. The last time #Boro scored more in our first 13 league games was 1950-51 season - 76 years ago when Wilf Mannion & George Hardwick were starring.

Ballon d’Or winner 2026. Deserved. Any other result would have been outrageous. Those who knock him haven’t a clue.

Just got back from the Bolton game, no shame losing to that Middlesbrough side. Best team I've seen in the Championship this season by a mile and best away performance I've seen in this division at our ground since Jean Tigana's Fulham 25 years ago. #bwfc

I can see why Will Lankshear gets so many goals in this Boro side. They are bloody brilliant.

Middlesbrough best team I’ve seen us play in years, absolutely nuts We’ve been in every game until today, proper humbling Shows we still need to invest massively in Jan, esp on a striker with pace and some competent wingers #bwfc
