What's the diff between a radial tire & a 30% up year for the stock market? @StovallCFRA said on @MoneyLifeShow that "One's a great year, the other just a Goodyear." He expects a decent riding tire in '26. Here's a writeup of his forecast, via @TheStreet: thestreet.com/investing/take…

For fans of @MoneyLifeShow who have heard me talk about the sport or, more recently, say that @BostonBoxLax is back from the ashes, here's a little something on why I'm still in the game.

For those who missed the story about the fire that burned down @schingham, the home of @BostonBoxLax, the lacrosse league I run: Massive Fire Engulfs South Shore Sports Center southshoretimes.com/towns/ma… #

And to think, @OhSoWhitty13 and about 20 friends were going to see @NEChowderheads play @PBLABootleggers this weekend. There would have been big merch sales (and now those t-shirts would be collectors items). Very sad to see the league go; hope it comes back as planned next year.

Congrats to Beavers & Co., who were down 7-1 16:30 into the first half, and down 11-8 with 5 minutes left in regulation only to score 4 straight, the last a layout dive from @O_N_AL_N to take their first lead 12-11 with 3 seconds left in the BBLL summer championship game. Wow!

We disagree coach. Rule 67.2 ... stepping into and then out of the crease is NOT a violation PROVIDED 'the attacking player is not the first to touch the ball." Rule 67.3 & 67.4 both cover the advantage issue, (Jackson NOT being 1st shooter could mean 67.2 didn't apply, but ...)

Several people responded to the question of whether first-to-touch is reviewable. We got answers on both sides ... The winner is @blemonnll, the vp of lacrosse operations for the league (who oversees the rules/refs) and he said that first-to-touch is NOT reviewable.
