Seeing Mariano Rivera, Derek Jeter, and Alex Rodriguez together again before Game 3 of the World Series brought back some good memories. What caught my attention wasn't just the funny stories about their early Yankees days. It was hearing A-Rod explain how Rivera held guys accountable in that clubhouse. Mo didn't care how much money you made or how talented you were. He expected you to show up, produce, and help the Yankees win championships. That's the mentality I grew up watching. Those guys understood what wearing the pinstripes meant. But I also want Yankees fans to pay attention to why Rivera was there. He's trying to help families in his native Panama who lost their homes following the devastating earthquake. Some of these people spent their entire lives building what they had, only to lose everything in seconds. #yankees #repbx #mlb
