I can see the Banks doing exactly this. Your money gets stolen in a โ€œcyber attackโ€ & the only way the bank will reimburse you is by giving you the equivalent amount of CBDC. If you donโ€™t take it you lose everything. Very cunning way of onboarding people to CBDC & Agenda 2030

Gov has made it almost impossible to avoid folic acid. Manufacturers and retailers are not helping either @waitrose What are people with cancer, heart stents, B12 deficiency and those who don't want an increased risk of cancer meant to do?
Replying to @waitrose
@Waitrose has closed the door on a customer trying to avoid synthetic folic acid. After weeks of correspondence (Case 19308882) they wrote: โ€œPlease refer to my email on 20/10, where I advised that we are unable to assist you further on this matter, as all available information has already been shared. Please note that while any further correspondence will be logged on your file, it may not be responded to.โ€ One slice of fortified bread is fine. Ordinary daily intake of bread + cereal + pie/pastry + biscuits easily exceeds 300โ€“450 ฮผg โ€” well over the 200 ฮผg level previously advised for over-50s because of B12-masking risk. A substantial part of Waitroseโ€™s core customer base is over 50. They have no system to identify folic-acid-free products and no plan to warn customers about cumulative exposure. @ClareCraigPath has highlighted the issues with unmetabolised folic acid and the limits of the safety data. Retailers following the mandate still have a duty to consider cumulative effects under the Food Safety Act.

Perhaps before the debate on 14th December, some MPs might like to try avoiding folic acid in their diet for a week.
It is almost impossible, I know the effects SFA had on me and I know the big difference now Iโ€™m free of it but it means a very restricted diet. Gov have absolutely no idea how hard it is to avoid or the extra cost sourcing ingredients without the nasty synthetic drug!

On 13th December 2026, folic acid will be mandated in non-wholemeal flour in UK including imported and organic flour. On 14th December 2026, the House of Commons will debate that unethical and unsafe law.

Nick, I do hope you will be attending this debate and voting against Folic Acid in our flour. Something tells me you wonโ€™t be. Iโ€™m hoping you donโ€™t let us down. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ @NickTorfaen
MPs must join Monday's debate to end white flour fortification, as it affects us all. Forcing an entire population to ingest the drug Synthetic Folic Acid violates our bodily autonomy. The data does not justify compelling the nation to take this additive without choice or opt-out.

The โ€œPrima Ballerinaโ€ fountain is located in Koล›ciuszko Square in the town of Poddฤ™bice, Poland. This extraordinary work of art was created by sculptor Maล‚gorzata Chodakowska, who is renowned for combining bronze and water as equally important artistic materials. The installation features three slender ballerina figures, with water flowing from their waists to form delicate, flowing skirts that appear to billow gracefully in the breeze.
