🚨 FRAUD ALERT 🚨
Producers of upcoming movie #Naagzilla, starring #KartikAaryan, have initiated legal action against 3 production executives for misappropriating more than Rs. 3.92 crores during the film's production.
3 accused are Kuldeep Singh Champawat (47), Mahipal Karan Rathore (42) and Shivkumar Tiwari (45).
According to report, the executives incurred expenses amounting to Rs. 3,92,76,308 without providing necessary bills or supporting documents. The complaint also alleges inflated vendor bills and fabricated invoices.
The investigating officer also informed the court that the accused had allegedly demanded commissions and expensive items from vendors in exchange for awarding them work and clearing payments.
Movie is produced by @DharmaMovies & @MahaveerJFilms , and is scheduled to release in cinemas on February 12, 2027.
