Good morning everyone. Today Swim England has published its return to the pool guidelines. Please bear with us whilst we digest the information. We just wanted to reassure you all that we’re on it and hoping to get back into the water as soon as it is possible.

This weekend We would like you to write up a session with a warm up, sub - set, main set and cool down - be creative! You can write them specifically for your squad and the winner will see their session(s) on the white board when we have returned to swimming. Good luck!

Last weekend would have been the start of the @swimsoutheast Regional Championships. We wanted to congratulate every swimmer who qualified. It is such an amazing achievement. We are all proud.
