I built Baton with AI help so our team at @CinderBistro sees fully burdened labor vs sales in real time. What ops problem would you solve first with a custom app?
Yesterday I asked what job you would hand a bot first. Great answers so far: a daily news digest, taxes, and contract review. Now the flip side. What job would you never hand to a bot? 🤔
Grok Bots can now make phone calls. As a restaurant owner, I wonder how soon our team at @CinderBistro takes more reservation calls from bots than from people. Would you let your bot book dinner? 🍽️
Our team at @CinderBistro now includes a few Grok Bot teammates. One handles taxes, one reviews contracts, and one helps us develop apps that give us an edge over the competition. What job would you hand to a bot first? 🤖
My first code ran on a Commodore VIC-20, then a C64. I learned assembler by typing in programs from @PCMag. What was the first computer you ever wrote code on? 💾
Love this, Donald! Hope never made payroll. The plan and that weekly honest check are what actually move the numbers. 💪
Hope is not the strategy. The plan is the strategy. The accountability is the strategy.
Hope is the reason. The plan is the how. A weekly honest check on what you said versus what you did is where it changes.

How about the robot is looking down while assembling a Swiss watch with one hand and then, without looking up, catches an oblique 100mph baseball with the other hand?
I also like the idea of juggling chainsaws on fire while riding a unicycle.
Having only Democrats for choices seems to have become an increasing disturbing issue in North Carolina as well. 🥺
There must be a meaningful political opposition in the United States. One party rule always ends in disaster.
Some states like California are de facto one party rule already. They hand you a ballot where your choice is two Democrats.
They ask you with a straight face, who do you want to be the next mayor of Los Angeles… the mayor who let the city burn while she was traveling abroad, or a socialist?
I concur! It works great at both @CinderBistro and when we're camping in areas where cell service isn't even a remote possibility. 📡
This takes me back! I wrote my own software on a Commodore VIC-20 and C64, and learned assembler by coding programs published in PC Magazine. Those days still shape how I build apps today! 😁
Forget Xbox Live... Sega was way ahead of the curve when it came to getting consoles online.

Halloween at @CinderBistro: locally-made Great Wagon Road Salamander Vodka (@GreatWagonRoad Charlotte) gone jet-black with blackberry puree, elderflower, and lime, rimmed in Midnight Ember Dust. Dark, glittery, and spellbound! 🖤
Whether you’re throwing a costume party or keeping it low-key this year, a festive cocktail is the perfect way to get into the spirit: buff.ly/rJqDVm9

What's great about America: the painter who went to trade school wants the same life as the doctor who went to med school. And he mostly gets it. The downside is no cheap services. Everyone's time is expensive.
Just got quoted $2,400 to paint a 23 by 13 foot living room.
The 4 gallons of paint it takes to do the job costs about $110 at Home Depot, or around $160 if you want Sherwin Williams.
This is not a particularly skilled job.
You went to trade school, not medical school.
You own a brush and a roller.
Stop ripping people off, contractors.
Hey @bot, even after I have paid for extra credits, I'm still being told my usage is at 100%. What gives?
Here's proof that I've added credits twice today. Please help @SpaceXSI, they haven't been applied to my account and I need to get back to work!

After I added credits a second time, it's showing me to proceed. However, it should have allowed me to do so without have to purchase two sets of credits!
Crazier than a Hot Wheels track?! 🤯 – at Cricket, NC

True.
You will be able to ask the Roadster to perform any of the tricks shown autonomously, as it will be sentient.
Also, we will have a wild looping track (crazier even than Hot Wheels) at our Texas HQ where you can test out your Roadster.
I challenge @joiechitwoodIII to top this! 😜
BTW - I used to enjoy watching your your dad's stunts at @monadnockspeed back in the day. 😀 – at Mulberry, NC
