Wow! Tom Brady may have just delivered the greatest quote I’ve ever heard. “To be successful at anything, the truth is you don’t have to be special. You just have to be what most people aren’t: consistent, determined and willing to work for it.”

Tonight's rugby thought: Caterpillar rucks for box kicks. No law against them providing 'use it' is called. Teams will continue to do these until an opponent exploits their weaknesses. More numbers in the ruck = less numbers elsewhere. Also, has anyone tried to counter ruck 1?

Totally agee with Rob Baxter here. Tweaking the laws for entertainment purposes has to stop. Who's deciding what people find entertaining anyway? A well orchestrated maul is great to see. Including trying to restart following a pause. theguardian.com/sport/2024/a…

Had a great meeting this evening with @CumbriaRU new workforce group. We will be looking at how we can support coaches, teachers, referee's and volunteers. Our plan is to enhance and expand on the @EnglandRugby offer. We will be contacting all clubs and schools soon.

You have to fall in love with preparing for a game as much as playing! Set weekly goals. Physical & mental. So when you get out there you can play free and just have fun #9Gang
