I'm just like George Kittle if George Kittle was an undersized, data-loving product manager who spends way too much time shouting into the internet abyss.

It feels sacrilegious to ever complain about God's greatest gift to man, but... The Red Zone Channel has been a fairly disappointing product this year And I feel like whoever the producer of the show is right now is to blame So much time spent on showing replays of the same thing over and over and over again (the Browns' game-winning field goal this week and the Jayden Daniels play last week) Rather than showing what is currently going on in the other games (mind-blowing, really) I feel like they're using the double and quad box way less often, and we're constantly missing big plays Everything also feels more delayed because of this, and I find myself needing to check my phone more often because of it

George Kittle reached 19.84 mph on this play, per Next Gen Stats. That's the same speed as Xavier Worthy's 41-yard TD today. It doesn't make sense for a player fresh off an Achilles injury to hit these kinda speeds so soon. He's a freak.

Why do people think Patrick Mahomes is a gunslinger and Brock Purdy is a YAC merchant? Actually, the reverse is true
Since 2023, Patrick Mahomes has 465 more pass attempts than Lamar Jackson But if you exclude screens or isolate for throws with any degree of difficulty, Jackson runs circles around Mahomes On balls thrown >10 yards in the air: Lamar Jackson: 57 TDs, 7 INTs Pat Mahomes: 27 TDs, 24 INTs @FantasyPtsData

Since 2023, Brock Purdy ranks.... 1st in yards per pass attempt 1st in success rate 1st in EPA per dropback 1st in EPA per play 2nd in fantasy points per dropback 2nd in adjusted net yards per attempt 3rd in fantasy points per opportunity 3rd in passer rating 4th in completion percentage over expectation 5th in catchable throw rate 5th in pressure to sack Conclusive evidence c/o @FantasyPtsData that every QB efficiency stat is a Brock Purdy stat

1 in 41.8 million. Using Aaron Schatz’s Adjusted Games Lost rankings, here is where the 49ers ranked in regular season injury burden each year: 2008: 6th healthiest 2009: 9th healthiest 2010: 4th healthiest 2011: 8th healthiest 2012: Healthiest 2013: 10th most injured 2014: 5th most injured 2015: 7th most injured 2016: 9th most injured 2017: 10th most injured 2018: 7th most injured 2019: 6th most injured 2020: Most injured 2021: 4th most injured 2022: 9th most injured 2023: 4th healthiest 2024: Most injured 2025: 5th most injured The 49ers ranked among the NFL’s 10 healthiest teams for five consecutive seasons from 2008 through 2012. Odds of that occurring in independent random rankings: approximately 1 in 336. They then ranked among the NFL’s 10 most injured teams in 12 of the next 13 seasons. Odds of that occurring in independent random rankings: approximately 1 in 124,640. Odds of both sequences occurring consecutively, assuming every season is an independent random draw: Approximately 1 in 41.8 million. This is not a statement implying causality whatsoever. What, if anything, materially changed between 2012 and 2014?

If the San Francisco 49ers had just average injury luck, Kyle Shanahan would have more Super Bowl wins than Patrick Mahomes It's legitimately insane when you add up all the injuries and see how snake-bitten they've been: 2023 season (Super Bowl only) Only counting injuries that occurred in the 2023 Super Bowl that they lost by just 3 points: + LB Dre Greenlaw played 12 snaps then tore his Achilles + TE George Kittle hurt his shoulder so bad he couldn't raise his arms above his head in the second half + WR Deebo Samuel left the game twice with a hamstring injury 2024 season + QB Brock Purdy - missed games with elbow and shoulder injuries + RB Christian McCaffrey (Achilles tendonitis) - missed 13 games + RB Jordan Mason (ankle/shoulder sprains) - missed 5 games + RB Elijah Mitchell (hamstring) - missed entire season + WR Brandon Aiyuk (torn ACL/MCL) - missed 10 games + WR Deebo Samuel - dealt with calf/ribs/oblique/wrist injuries and pneumonia + TE George Kittle - 8 games on injury report with ankle, foot, hamstring, ribs + OT Trent Williams (ankle) - missed 7 games + DT Javon Hargrave (triceps tear) - missed 14 games + DE Nick Bosa (hip/oblique/rib) - missed 3 games + LB Dre Greenlaw (calf/Achilles) - missed 9 games + S Talanoa Hufanga (wrist/knee) - missed 10 games & more 2025 season + QB Brock Purdy (shoulder/toe) - missed 8 games + WR Brandon Aiyuk (ACL/MCL) - missed 17 games + WR Ricky Pearsall (knee) - missed 8 games + WR Jauan Jennings (ankle/ribs) - missed 2 games + TE George Kittle (hamstring/ankle/Achilles tear) - missed 6 games + DE Nick Bosa (ACL) - missed 14 games + LB Fred Warner (ankle) - missed 11 games + S Malik Mustapha (knee) - missed 5 games & more 2026 season (which hasn't even started yet) + WR Ricky Pearsall (knee) - already out for the year + WR De'Zhaun Stribling - hamstring + WR Christian Kirk - calf strain + RB Jordan James - ribs + OT Vederian Lowe: high ankle sprain + DT Gracen Halton - knee + DE Andrew Farmer - back

Per @NextGenStats, Patrick Mahomes averaged -1.36 EPA/dropback in that first half. It's the 10th-worst mark in a first half for any game since 2018. The rest of the list includes the Darnold "ghosts" game, two Davis Mills games, and starts from PJ Walker and Will Grier.

Tony Pollard’s status now in doubt:
#Titans RB Tony Pollard has the flu, jeopardizing his status for Sunday at Jacksonville, per source. He is not expected to travel with the team today. He was on the injury report with an ankle issue but had planned to play through that.

I think defenders now know how to finesse this flag. Stick an arm out, fall backwards, holding flag's gonna come out. Left arm is inside the frame, right arm disengages fast. That ain't holding.

How Often Do NFL QBs Go Through Their Progressions? Brock Purdy goes through his progressions at a league-leading rate of 94%, throwing to a designated receiver on only 6% of his plays. The player with the lowest progression rate in the NFL? Patrick Mahomes.

There have been 26,276 quarters of NFL football played since 2000 (reg & post). In only one of those did a QB throw for 100+ yards on 100% completions while also rushing for 30+ yards. That one QB was Brock Purdy in the 3rd quarter tonight.

So @Simone_Biles jumping approximately 7-8 feet above the ground (12 feet including her height) means we now know her strength score in #DND A creature in DND5e has a vertical jump of 3 feet + strength mod. So since she jumped more than 7 feet, that's STR of 20 fam
