We're currently working with a family who is facing decades in prison for "child abuse" that never happened. The child was born severely premature (24 weeks), spent 4 weeks in NICU, and she has active metabolic bone disorder that caused the injuries. All of this is confirmed by extensive medical records, test results and billing records. The state's sole evidence of "abuse" is a report from a physician that ignores the medical evidence, and STILL doesn't rule out her disorder causing the injuries. That's called reasonable doubt. And yet, the trial is still moving forward, they parents have been in jail for over a year with no bond (denied three times) and no access to their baby girl, and they face decades in prison and never seeing her again. This the kind of garbage we fight every day at @YATPOfficial. And just like with the other families, we're going to win this one too.

The type of punishment for whoever did this
Earlier today, the 9/11 Memorial at Ground Zero in Manhattan was defaced with graffiti. I wear on my wrist the names of over a hundred friends and colleagues who lost their lives in the attacks twenty five years ago. 1/2

MLB: Colorado Rockies have been to five Wild card series and even one World Series since 1993. Can you name one successful pitcher for this franchise?

Whenever I go to church I concentrate on my spirituality, relationship with God, and the Homily. not how someone is dressed.
Woman at church yesterday showed up in a sweatshirt and literal pajama pants. Wore her hood the entire service. I was absolutely appalled. I hate this whole, “came as you are” narrative the Protestant church preaches. Other religions wouldn’t let you in if you dressed so disrespectfully. Why is it only Christian’s that are held to this standard? That we must just accept everything?

How come when I hit the "following" tab does a bunch of my recent posts pop up at the top of the list. 1. I know what I just posted. 2. Now stay with me here, I am not following myself.

Yeah, there's no way a Major League catcher could possibly be familiar with the strike zone.

I’m not saying they’re cheating I’m just saying something is super sus about how everything is on their favor and nothing goes in favor of the rays. Especially with Contreras instantly challenging pitches like .5 inches in the zone on non 3 ball counts with no runners

It took the Cubs over 100 years to win their first and only. The Brewers are about 50 years ahead of your schedule!

This GIF is really getting a workout tonight.
As a former Los Angeles Dodgers fan and a current Tampa Bay Rays fan I hope the Brewers get investigated for cheating like the Astros! There is no way this offense is this good and cheating is the only answer!

Dear Twitter, I just wanna say that not all Cub fans are whiney little bitch morons like this idiot.
It is now 10-0 Brewers over the Rays. Does any Brewers fan want to tell me again that their favorite team isn't cheating again?

Cannot wait for the Brewers cheating scandal to be revealed in a few years. Will hit like crack. Even better than the Astros.

Without government, who would raid your home because you complained to an airline that they were flying to low over your property?
The FBI raided the home of a homesteading disabled veteran in Arizona. Why? Because he complained to United Airlines about flight school doing drills very low, directly above his home.
