kara swisher is absolutely psychotic. edward "big balls" coristine was not even drinking age when he joined DOGE because he wanted to serve his country. he never broke the law. he's done nothing but admirable work for the government since. she nonetheless wants him destroyed.
Kara Swisher: "They could just pick a few people. To me, that's the way you go. You pick like a Hegseth, a Musk, and I don't know, Big Balls." "Rather than go for Trump, go for everybody. Make it so broad that it'll exhaust people who just do want to move on." The left is already celebrating, and they're telling us exactly what they plan to do after the midterms. GET OUT AND VOTE!

. @buttonslives spent several months undercover investigating a network that helps families obtain gender-transition medications for children living in states where these interventions are banned. What she discovered is shocking ⬇️

Girard: A world of escalating conflict—or conversion to Christian love
“The Christian world is a world where the sacrificial protections collapse more and more. ... Christianity uproots culture in terms of sacrifice, and therefore delivers the world to the powers of destruction, if it doesn't choose Christian love.” — René Girard, CBC Ideas Transcripts

Is Brandon Johnson America’s worst big-city mayor?
. @ChicagosMayor has not allowed his position as one of the nation’s most unpopular mayors to dent his ideology. Nor has he been deterred from announcing his next mayoral campaign, even as only 14% of Chicagoans want him to run again, @judgeglock writes. city-journal.org/article/may…

NEW UNDERCOVER INVESTIGATION: I spent several months investigating a nationwide network of advocacy organizations and medical providers helping families continue medically transitioning their children in defiance of state laws. My investigation centers on Campaign for Southern Equality (CSE), an LGBT advocacy nonprofit that connects families with cooperating medical providers across the country. CSE has distributed over $1 million in travel grants to more than 1,200 families, plus another $1 million to partner organizations, including funding for medical appointments. With CSE's knowledge, providers in its referral network told me the ways that they circumvent state restrictions on gender-transition treatments for minors. Some discussed using alternative diagnosis codes, such as “endocrine disorder,” to facilitate prescriptions or insurance coverage. Others described mailing medications directly to families' homes or sending prescriptions to pharmacies in states where these interventions are banned. Providers also discussed conducting virtual appointments with patients in those states. Others required patients to cross state lines for telehealth but did not appear to have a reliable method for verifying their physical location. My primary undercover scenario involved an 11-year-old girl in Tennessee who had only recently begun identifying as nonbinary, with no long history of gender-related distress. The providers I shared this scenario with seemed eager to treat her. Many indicated that puberty blockers could be prescribed after an initial evaluation lasting just one to several hours. My investigation uncovered practices that may violate state and federal laws and pose medical risks to children living hundreds or thousands of miles from their treating physicians. Twenty-seven states restrict gender-transition drugs for minors. Posing as a Tennessee mother of an 11-year-old, @buttonslives found clinics that explained how to evade those laws: mail-order hormones, telehealth, and an “endocrine disorder” diagnosis code. A remarkable—and disturbing—investigation. city-journal.org/article/ped…

One analysis found that the mere threat of California’s billionaire tax has already led people holding about 38 percent of the state’s billionaire wealth to leave or loosen their ties. The tax hasn’t even passed yet—and the destructive idea behind it is spreading. Steven Malanga weighs in on the wealth-tax wave here: city-journal.org/article/dem…

The NBA injuries are a real drag. The explosion in them has a number of likely explanations, including the fact that players are going year round now and the athleticism of the game is off the charts, with even bench players routinely doing the acrobatics that Dr. J became legendary for doing. There’s little chance the NBA shrink the schedule, so maybe they need to expand rosters, give stars more rest. Don’t know. But 15 percent of the players are out, just one week into the season. It seems unsustainable
This is more evidence that the NBA is not an 82-game sport anymore. The old slower style was a good pace for 82 games. Slow, methodical, slowly probing the defense and figuring out ways to win. The NBA is way more physical, fast and demanding now. It's smarter, faster, more chaotic. It's more in the 36-40 game schedule range, like soccer. A physically demanding 2-hour slugfest, once or twice a week.

This should end Peltola’s campaign
Yikes… "Peltola advisers seemed to make fun of Alaskan voters while watching a focus group, surmising they would be susceptible to being tricked into voting for their ballot spoiler… “Do we have a scheme for you”, wrote a consultant for the Mary Peltola campaign."

Party of Democracy trying to rig the election in Alaska - incredible reporting today...
BREAKING: NYT reports that operatives with Democratic Alaska U.S. Senate candidate Mary Peltola’s campaign were behind the effort to find & recruit a candidate named Dan Sullivan to run against incumbent GOP Senator Dan S. Sullivan in an effort to confuse voters and peel votes from him. Specifically, NYT says they have reviewed text messages and documents that reveal in summer 2025, a Peltola staffer received instructions from campaign staffers to find as many people named Dan Sullivan in Alaska as possible. The staffer complied, going through voter records, and compiled a list. The operation “involved secret trips to far-flung Alaskan communities and the appearance of a mysterious Midwestern operative, who traversed the state using a fake name and made his pitch to would-be candidates over beers at brew pubs.” Per NYT: “The plan worked. This spring, a retired teacher from a tiny fishing village along the Alaska Panhandle, reachable only by air and sea, announced his candidacy for Senate. His name was Dan J. Sullivan.” nytimes.com/2026/10/28/us/po…
