A new study found major heart health improvements after one year on a therapeutic ketogenic diet. Estimated 10 year cardiovascular risk fell 28%, while estimated heart failure risk dropped 42%. Participants also lost weight, lowered blood pressure, improved blood sugar, and reduced triglycerides. The improvements showed up across nearly every major marker of metabolic health.

New paper. One year of real-food low carb care. No sat-fat cap. Steak stayed on the plate. The AHA scorecard ranked keto last. The patients didn’t get the memo. sciencedirect.com/science/ar…

This guy had to be spilled from the same seed as Dr. Alo
Says so in my bio. Also it is important here. A “personal trainer” should know that better muscle mass we’ll determine appropriate storage of carbohydrates. My going hypotheses right now is that low carb diets are an excuse for those who don’t know how to train hard or don’t want to. I’ve seen a few carnis with good physiques and I question if they are truly carnivore if they built physique first with a balanced diet and then switched to carnivore to dry out for the photoshoot.

Eat what you want and I’ll prescribe around it” isn’t enjoying life. It’s enjoying the early stage of the disease.
Replying to @raphaels7
What I’m saying is the white coat influencers who promote diet only treatments need to get out more and enjoy life. Observe how no normal patient cares about diet. People want to live and eat what they want. I will prescribe meds to allow them to be happy and lower their risk better than any orthorexic advice from an X influencer.

The data doesn't lie. Over the past 61 weeks (since starting on July 29, 2025), I’ve been focused on putting in the work—consistent conditioning, lifting, pool sessions, and dialing in my nutrition. My Fitbit resting heart rate went from averaging 71 bpm down to 57 bpm. That's over 20,000 fewer heartbeats every single day. Proof that it’s never too late to rebuild your engine and rewrite your health trends!

Between picking up his bootleg jersey and flying in so fast for the fake video op, he forgot to remove his NetJets wristband. Dude was gone before the first quarter was over, shooting another video at Avon Lake. 🙄 I'm hoping this is the year Ohio finally realizes votes have consequences, but I doubt it.
