The Bitcoin Real Estate Playbook - Chapter 1: Acquisition Combine the reliability of real estate with Bitcoin’s potential for substantial growth. The strategy: - Acquire an $80M commercial property at a 5.5% entry yield with 55% leverage. - Allocate 10% of the acquisition value—approximately $8M—to Bitcoin at around $127K per coin, acquiring about 63 BTC. Over a 10-year holding period, rental income covers operational costs and provides a steady 6-8% annual cash yield. On the real estate side alone, an equity investment of $33M yields a $13M profit upon exit in 2035. Incorporating Bitcoin enhances the outcome: In the base scenario, BTC reaches approximately $730K by 2035 (with a 21% CAGR), transforming the $8M allocation into $46M and adding $38M in additional profit. This hybrid approach leverages real estate for downside protection while Bitcoin amplifies upside potential. What are your thoughts ? Let me know in the comments!

Instead of sharing the horrific, vile, & heart-stopping video of Charlie Kirk being shot, I urge you to share images of his beautiful family whose worst nightmare has come true. Every kid deserves a dad. Every wife deserves a husband. Every American needs Charlie Kirk.

Decentralization is the method by which all the key features of bitcoin are protected. It’s the hill we have to die on. If we don’t, bitcoin will become whatever the top 0.01% want it to be.

The people should run nodes and buy bitcoin, not soulless corporations. Corps and ETFs buying are proxies for people (mostly) interested in Bitcoin for NGU. Just buy 100$ worth to start!

Bitcoin Core offered a formidable defence against fiat-creep infecting this space. It has now fallen and we're down to the last line of defence. Bitcoiners. It they fail to recognize what's going on and continue on the Core path then the foundation will have rotted out and the fate sealed. Bitcoin can survive malicious devs acting against nodes in theory. Now the theory is being put to the test and I hope to God it plays out that way. Current adoption of Core 30 (which of course doesn't yet exist): 0%
