The crypto media keeps trying to "crypto-tize" the Japan ODL news because 99% of crypto PR is exaggerated. #XRP usage is live in Japan. As in it's being used as a bridge currency for cross border payments now. No pilot, no test. It's called utility, and XRP has it.
