I have placed a wager on the Valkyries to win the WNBA Championship in the middle of the afternoon. It just makes too much sense the season would end this way. But I do think they're about to get the craziest whistle today from the officials trying to extend the series 😂 #WNBA

The Challenge is just a bad reality competition show, plain and simple. How did this season turn into just one group of people dominating from start to finish and there was no changing teams, no real strife, nothing. The winners ran against a team of all-women!
Just bad game-making from the producers; how do you kick half the cast off mid-season without even showing it on camera? No drama or intrigue for the "final" they just had to run a couple miles when it was 100 degrees? And one player got hot and they just allowed him to leave the team and they continued on without him WITH ZERO PENALTY?
I went to the Prudential Center on Saturday to watch my team, the LA Kings look absolutely putrid on offense, having only 7 SOG for the game into the third period. Now that same Kings team in NY & Chicago is scoring goals like they're Halloween candy. Brutal. #GKG

I NEED the WNBA Champion to be crowned at 3pm on a workday, it would truly be a perfect encapsulation of how much the leadership is a failure for the WNBA.
After a weekend of nonstop frantic discussions and negotiation, Game 6 of the WNBA Finals will be played Thursday at 12:30 pm at 17,000-seat State Farm Arena in Atlanta, sources told ESPN.
The Atlanta Hawks-Cleveland Cavaliers game that night will move back to 8 pm to accommodate the doubleheader, just as the Hawks did for Game 4. This allows a potential Game 7 to remain scheduled for Halloween at Chase Center in San Francisco.
All three Finals games in Atlanta have required hurried adjustments to the schedule at State Farm Arena. It took collective efforts from the WNBA, NBA, the Hawks, State Farm Arena, Dream, Valkyries and broadcast partners to figure out the best course of action again.
By moving the game earlier in the day, the WNBA avoided a scenario where a potential championship game was played inside the Dream’s home arena, the 3,500 seat Gateway Center.
The other option under strong consideration was moving Game 6 to an open date at State Farm Arena on Friday and Game 7 to an open date at Chase Center on Tuesday, November 3.
I don’t ever want to hear Kyren Williams try to be smug after a game “idk probably because I wasn’t on the field” when he’s STILL fumbling the ball routinely. It’s funny watching this FS1 broadcast of the Oklahoma State game because the color commentator keeps pointing out players / highlighting guys “oh they’re gonna go to him up top” and then the play is a run to the farthest point away from where that player is 😭
Drew Mestemaker just completed a 52 yard bomb in the 2nd quarter and the receiver was being held the entire way downfield. He made the catch anyway, but if you take away the hold maybe he beats the defender by 3 yards and walks in the endzone. INSANE the ref didn't throw a flag.

I have a parlay to win over $1000 and the final leg is Steph Curry to make 3+ threes tonight. He hit two immediately in the first quarter and is 0-5 since from deep. Most concerning: he's essentially being guarded in a box-and-1 and GSW are down by 31. Need him to bang one before he gets pulled by Kerr for the night.

Call it a lucky break? The Rams get called for a false start on 1st down with 2:01 and a running clock. The clock stops, allowing the Rams another play before the 2 min warning and Stafford goes to Puka for 42 yards. Take it where you can at this point for LA. #RamsHouse
