WOW, "they pulled her address from the file...they wouldn't give me her information...the detective has to give it to the magistrate tomorrow" This is Katie's CIVIL CASE against Bullhorn Betty! *Once again*....this is NOT at all how a restraining order works 🙄🙄🙄You have to put the person's address on your petition, and you have to find it yourself! Usually this isn't hard at all, because a restraining order is designed to be a legal protection against *domestic violence*, as in, a person who lives with you/a person you ARE or WERE married to/a person you were in a dating relationship with/a person you share children with. In fact, where I live, at least one of the above 👆 is a REQUIREMENT to even file a restraining order on someone. You have to find all the information to put on the petition your damn self, and gather your own evidence, because it is YOUR case--not the city's, not the county's, not the state's, but YOU as a private citizen. ...a detective filled in Betty's information and handed it to the magistrate?! Is this even *Katie's* civil case at this point??? Or did Summer County Sheriff really misuse their own courthouse to file a petition designed to protect VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE....just to protect themselves from being scrutinized by a YouTuber?? I bet anything, too, that somebody in that courthouse that day who was *legitimately in danger* from an *actual abuser* got less time to present their case, while they waited through 4 members of this same disgusting family to present theirs. Absolutely unbelievable 🤬😡
