Five months ago, my elderly parents bought a refrigerator from @HomeDepot …the fridge was delivered and installed
But they did not know until a week later that it had been improperly installed and that a slow leak had been running the entire time
They even took out the stove in the kitchen when they were told the floors were going to be replaced 2 months ago. But then the contractors NO-SHOWED on the job.
And when my dad asked for new contractors, none were provided— so yeh, they’ve been eating out everyday for 3 months. On a fixed income.
Thank you so very much @HomeDepot for your remarkably horrible customer service. You’ve given us every reason to go to @Lowes
