Claude 好用是好用，但这个额度看得我都不敢用力对话了。
当前会话用了56%，这周才14%。还没被限，同样GPT也一直在用，额度比Claude省的多。

常规申请流程
1. 访问苹果官方的“ 报告问题”页面 （reportaproblem.apple.com）。
2. 登录你订阅 Claude 时使用的 Apple ID。
3. 在“我需要”的下拉菜单中选择“请求退款”，然后选择其他或相关理由。
4. 在列表中找到并选中你的 Claude 订阅订单。
5. 在补充说明框里，简单说明情况，例如：我的 Claude 账号已被封禁，导致无法继续使用已购买的订阅服务。
6. 提交申请，等待审核。
通常苹果会在24-48小时内通过邮件通知你结果。
OpenAI 最近的新模型发布也越来越密集了。
以 GPT-5.5 Instant 为起点，后续每批通用模型与上一次发布的间隔：
GPT-5.6 系列 65 天 → GPT-6 Astra 56 天 → GPT-6 Sol / Luna 19 天 → GPT-6.1 Sol 7 天 → GPT-6.1 Terra 27 天。
10/26，GPT-6.1 Terra 登场，距离上一次发布相隔27天。而 GPT-6 Sol 到 GPT-6.1 Sol，甚至只隔了一周。
按照最近约1到4周一次的节奏，11月再有新模型也不奇怪。
纯按发布间隔猜，11月中下旬感觉又会有新模型发布。

我感觉所有专业就业压力都大
天天争谁的模型最强，但是谷歌的技术家底确实厚。
谷歌的 Transformer、OpenAI 推动的 RLHF 应用、Anthropic 推出的 MCP，各有分量。
比起今天谁排第一，更值得注意的是，几年后，整个行业还在用谁留下的技术。
前人栽树，后人乘凉。
