We've also been investigating New Hope Property LLC, a related real estate company, and its involvement in Pennsylvania's PHARE program, which provides funding for affordable housing.
Well, another Right-to-Know request just produced more documents!
This time, directly from the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA).
Here's what we found:
📌 MD Sayduzzaman, former Upper Darby Township Treasurer, is listed as the contact person for New Hope Property LLC's banking paperwork.
📌 Mst Hosneara signed the paperwork as President of New Hope Property LLC.
📌 The business address listed is 802 Garrett Road, Upper Darby.
📌 The agency also provided a copy of a voided Chase check belonging to New Hope Property LLC.
SO WHY DOES THIS MATTER?
Because we're tracing the connections between a home-care company receiving millions in taxpayer-funded Medicaid payments, a related real estate company, and a state-funded housing program.
And now we have government records showing exactly who was handling the property company's banking paperwork.
Here's what I want you to think about:
When the same people are involved in multiple companies receiving or seeking public funding, shouldn't taxpayers be able to see where that money went and how it was spent?
That's what we're investigating.
These documents don't prove wrongdoing. They establish connections, and those connections deserve scrutiny.

Texas reports 19 million registered voters, while the Census estimates 19.9 million U.S. citizens age 18 and older—a registration rate of roughly 96%. Of those registered voters, 1.76 million are listed as being on “suspense.”
Those numbers deserve a clear explanation. How many registrations are classified as active, how many are on suspense, and what does each status mean? Do the registration totals and Census estimates cover the same period and comparable populations?
Texans deserve transparency: a straightforward, dated breakdown of the voter rolls, an explanation of how the figures line up, and a clear account of how registrations are verified and kept current.
