It’s official! This fall, I will join the Tombras School of Advertising & Public Relations @UTADPR @UTCCI at the U of Tennessee @UTKnoxville as a tenure-track Assistant Professor with my husband @Bugil__Chang! Beyond thankful and excited to start my dream job at Rocky Top! 🐕🦺🍊

My first solo-authored paper is out! Found responding to another brand's crisis had more positive impact than pre-crisis, despite no spillover effect. Encouraging proactive crisis management.
