To Build the Best COMMUNITY—we create engaging living spaces. Page Living at Pinnacle Hills in Arkansas is a 211,000 square foot active senior living community with three stunning buildings, 180 units, and expansive amenities. @ShiveHattery

We BUILD the BEST RELATIONSHIPS, complete with killer tailgates. The Rocky Mountain Showdown is always a game to remember, and with so many @ColoradoStateU grads an integral part of Team Hausmann, we kinda had to wear green. 😉
We BUILD the BEST COMMUNITIES—and we help shape their futures with projects like the Gothenburg Impact Center, a new hub designed to serve local residents with an early learning center, a large event space for 400+ people, a multi-purpose gym, and an outdoor playground.

We cut the ribbon for Aperture in Louisville, CO! This 31,000sf flex-office building in the Colorado Technology Center is tailored for up to seven tenants, with a dynamic mix of office and warehouse space.
Even construction crews need that 'little treat' now and again. 😉 So we took some time to deliver ice cream across sites! These are the people who drive our projects forward day in and day out, and we couldn't build the best without them.
