More importantly, Spears and I were told by Judge Spraker to sort out with the trustee and her attorney why the tolling agreement introduced in court that supposedly preserves claims against McCabe had no signatures and dates...we've both asked Hartman to prove there is a valid legal document. Crickets thus far.

😬 Mexican TV host injures a woman after kicking a drone straight into her face
The drone was flying around the studio and eventually annoyed the presenter so much that he decided to kick it.
But he misjudged its trajectory, and the drone struck one of the show's participants in the face.
The model left the set in tears, writhing in pain.

Here are the conditions that all defendants agreed to, as part of their release.
@MrZackMorris obviously hasn't handed his passport but that's coming soon, willingly or by force.
@notoriousalerts and @Pjmatlock are allowed to "recommending, suggesting, or encouraging another person to purchase or sell futures".
ATLAS UPDATE: The DOJ is requesting that the court restarts the hearing for @MrZackMorris to appear in person, which was scheduled for September 25th before it was cancelled.
The court already agreed with the DOJ that @MrZackMorris needed to appear and "if he doesn't appear, I (the judge) will issue a warrant for his arrest".
