Instead of asking if 2025 is going to be the right time to buy property, start to consider the what, where and how of your property investing plans.
The truth is: Buying whatever property you can afford in the current flavour of the month hot spot is not a property investment strategy. Nor is buying 10 properties in 10 years, or buying property to make money or reduce your tax - these are generally just loose wish lists.
