Watched a couple of innings last night and a few from Game 4. Knew very few of the players and had little interest. The appeal of baseball is a tough sell these days, especially when you consider the markets involved.

The Brewers are World Series champions. Watched the last couple innings at a bar in Providence. Not a single Rays fan to be found. Audible cheers from about 15 people when Milwaukee recorded the final out. A result both teams and markets deserve.

Ex-#Titans DT Jordan Elliott went to his car to retrieve his gun after a practice altercation with OT JC Latham last Thursday (Oct. 15). After being told to leave the field, Elliott took off his pads and stormed out of the facility, then went to the players' lot. Security cameras captured the sequence. Veteran DL John Franklin-Myers talked him down, and no one was hurt. The Titans released Elliott on Tuesday after reviewing the incident. He signed a 2-year, $8M deal this offseason. News of the incident was first reported by @eastonfreeze and additional details provided by @AaronWilson_NFL.

Per source, the RIIL football state championship game will take place on Friday, November 20, at Bryant University’s Beirne Stadium. All other Super Bowls will take place at Cranston Stadium.
