Franchement c’est un service de merde , ils font n’importe quoi avec les colis , je suis dégoûter d’être passé par eux pour envoyer un colis !

Yo @Chronopost @ChronopostSAV, Voilà dans quel état j’ai reçu mon colis aujourd’hui. Malgré une assurance payée pour couvrir les éventuels dommages, vous ne voulez rien savoir sous prétexte que je n’ai émis aucune réserve à la réception. Encore aurait-il fallu que j’en aie le temps ! Votre livreur, visiblement très pressé, a posé le colis et est reparti aussi vite qu’il était arrivé. Du coup, on fait comment ? Je paie une assurance pour rien ?
