Our Q3 2026 Quarterly Commentary - Quid Nunc? (What Now?) - is now available.
Oil is up more than 60% this year, the 10-year is at its highest month-end level since 2002, and high-yield spreads remain near historic tights. So what now? In Quid Nunc (What Now?), we explain how we’re positioned and share three case studies where our theses were put to the test.

Our Q2 2026 Quarterly Commentary - To Infinity and Beyond - is now available.
SpaceX just priced the largest IPO in history at ~$1.75 trillion. But markets have seen this movie before. From canal mania in the 1830s to the dotcom fiber buildout of the late '90s, every transformative technology has attracted capital far beyond its near-term economics, and every cycle ended in a bust before survivors built the foundation for what came next. With AI/data center capex projected at $5.3 trillion by 2030, we're asking the same question investors should've asked about railroads and fiber: is the technology real? Almost certainly. Will today's prices and winners survive the shakeout? Different question.

Our Q1 2026 Quarterly Commentary - "Won't Get Fooled Again" - is now available.
"That is why illiquidity, by itself, is not the villain. Uncompensated illiquidity is the villain. Misunderstood illiquidity is the villain. In a world where prompt supply commands a premium, capital is not exactly sitting around bored, and liquidity has a bad habit of disappearing right when people start needing it, the old rules still apply: price matters, structure matters, and discipline matters. "Won't Get Fooled Again" is not about cynicism. It is about remembering that risk never goes away.
Risk changes price. It does not disappear."

SPACs don't have to be risky. We launched the CrossingBridge Pre-Merger SPAC ETF to attempt to capture the fixed-income nature of SPACs rather than their high-flying risk/reward attributes. Click here for disclosures: crossingbridgefunds.com/spac… #spacs youtube.com/watch?v=jURKQuB9…
SPACs have pretty much been in the news non-stop over the past few years, but there still seems to be a lot of confusion about what they are and how they work. With that in mind we created a fun, educational video to help demystify this asset class #SPACs youtu.be/23br1fY6qe0
Are pre-merger SPACs the best fixed income alternative for 2022?
