ALT 🌐 Meet the Team - Today we are highlighting a very important member of our Consortium, Mandy McGachie from the University of Cumbria who has decades of professional experience in hashtag#policing, and has been enriching our police education work for years now. Mandy is a Principal Lecturer and Programme Lead for Policing within PEC. She is a Former (retired) Police Officer👮 from the Metropolitan Police Service with over 30 years working primarily in operational policing roles including, Response, Neighbourhoods, Aviation Security (Firearms) and Counter Terrorism. Experienced within Professional Standards, Complaint, Misconduct and Civil Action investigations. She is a Specialist in Leadership Training, Coaching and Mentoring, poor performance and personal behaviour psychological preferences.

Get to know Prof Sarah Bradshaw, a committed professional shaping the future of law enforcement training. Professor Bradshaw is the former Head of the School of Law at Middlesex University, whose pioneering work on gendered Disaster Risk Reduction and Response has influenced global policy and practice. She has addressed high-level government and military meetings, with invitations ranging from the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, to the Commander in Chief of the Swedish Armed Forces.
