Chelmsford City WFC Res & Development

She swapped her keeper kit today and what a comeback after injury! Enya put so much heart and effort into everything she did; she broke up the play very well and worked tirelessly for her teammates. 👊🏼👏🏼

Disappointed with this loss today, having held the opposition to 0-0 until half time. Fantastic efforts from everyone and yet again, we’re still developing and showing so much promise. We go again next week, but we’ll be at home 🫶🏽

Chloe pulled off a string of big saves today to keep her team in the game and was always quick to come off her line! Impressive performance! #ShesAKeeper 🧤

Not the performance we wanted today but we pick ourselves up and prepare for cup weekend next week. 🏆

Devs are away to play @eufcladies at 2pm. We would love your support today! 🤞🏽💜

Come on down to Melbourne Park to support our reserves today from 2pm. We face @huttonwomenreservesfc for a league match; see you there 👊🏼❤️

Our development team are away on Sunday to play against @eufcladies in a league match. 2pm kick off - see you there ✌🏼💜

Back at home this weekend for our Reserves! They’re against Hutton Reserves and would love your support from 2pm 👊🏼⚽️❤️

Cass was next level today controlling the midfield both with and without the ball. She provided excellent support moving forward and was cleaning up everything when protecting her back line. Excellent performance 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

A really strong performance from our reserves squad and after an early disallowed goal and plenty of chances that were denied by Regents GK, we walk away with a point away from home! 😁

Players’ Player - Freya Great defensive display, brilliant decisions on the ball and commanded the back line very well. Solid 👊🏼 Manager’s Player - Kim Unbelievable performance in goal today, made some top saves and made fantastic decisions to play whilst keeping possession.👏🏼

Gutting result as the girls performed so well throughout the game, gave maximum effort and could have scored a few chances. We’ll learn from today and apply it to our next game. Thanks to all who came to support; it means a lot!

Another home match for our development side at Melbourne Park today - see you at 2pm for kick off ❤️

Out first away game in a while today and we face @REGENTLADIES at their home ground. It’s a 2pm kick off and we’d love you there to show us your support 💜

Tomorrow’s games for Reserves and Development 💜❤️

Outstanding from the get go and for 90 minutes, got 2 great goals and disrupted the opposition relentlessly. Get in Luce! 🙌🏼 3 great goals to add on top of another fantastic performance from Dani; effort level was amazing causing the opposition backline trouble all game. 👏🏼

POTM again for Heidi. Strong at the back and a real threat going forward, plus 2 goals today! 👊🏼 Our captain, Hol, was fantastic again today and didn’t stop working to help her team get the win! Worked well defensively and caused the opposition real problems when going forward!

Incredible results from today!! So proud of these teams 🫶🏽❤️⚽️ #TrustTheProcess

Pitch inspections complete: today’s matches are ON!! See you there for a 2pm kick off 🫶🏽❤️

Back to league action for both teams this Sunday; at home again!
