Both parties have had full control of the government multiple times in 50 years.
Healthcare is still broken. Housing is still unaffordable. Costs go up. Wages are still stagnant.
The argument that one side is the solution is no longer believable.
This has to be a skit LOL
One of Ocasio-Cortez's constituents loses her mind over climate change during AOC's townhall, claims we only have a few months left: "We got to start eating babies! We don't have enough time! ... We have to get rid of the babies! ... We need to eat the babies!"
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The video is from a 2019 AOC town hall and depicts a satirical stunt by LaRouche PAC, not a genuine current constituent.

Let's face it today's "bounce" is pathetic! would not be surprised to undercut yesterday's low next week if this doesn't get moving.

I don't usually post individual dark pool prints unless they are like this. Someone dealing a cool 1B

I know I post this periodically but wanted to review again for those interested with the caveat that this chart doesn't help much on when/timing and has failed in the last decade a few times. Nothing is foolproof but the directional hit-rate on this is in my estimation is north of 80% with some lag.
Left to right typically how this works...
- When markets were selling down, you saw SM climb as they gained more confidence into the selloff that at some point bottom would come and they were very likely loading bags
- When the bottom finally came, markets rallied hard and SM used that April-May run to sell into for profits as they had previously loaded bags.
- Third set of arrows, markets went sideways in July and SM reduced it's market confidence outlook suggesting that they had no confidence that markets would do anything meaningful.
- Starting in August SM started to climb and has not stopped as markets continue to trade in a tight range. Dumb Money initially was very bullish right around the small leg up in Aug but then got more cautious. Both are now showing higher confidence.
Again, this isn't 100% (nothing is) but I have now looked and back tested several decades of this behavior. It's fairly consistent. The time to get flat or cash was in June...not now! As scary as it looks right now.

No one crashing out harder then @marklevinshow
You would think he'd take a few days to lick his wounds but no. The idiot keeps tweeting. One of the truly worst among us!
I expect the blue line today to spike... There is always a story to tell to get people to sell. I'd be FAR more concerned if the blue line was falling like a rock.

If you can stomach the volatility, we'll be alright...don't go heavy margin and buy quality without massive use of leverage and options.
Bonds are rallying on flight to safety...10Y
This normally would be good for equities but not when it's driven by flight to safety.
Market has retraced roughly 38% of the move from April lows. With trendline support just underneath. Will be interesting to see what happens here.
