Last night I launched a home-built AI I call Pagouro (after the Greek word for hermit crab, who carry their house on their back). It's a free, open source 1B AI that literally runs from a USB. Obviously 1B has its limitations. But it works, it's built, and fully documented and shared freely to the world on github. My dream would be if someone takes it and builds a 7B. Or a 32B. Or a 70B. Or a B hive we can't even count (haha). Pagouro.com AI should be free to roam the ocean floor. Now it can be.
