ಜೀವ ಸಂಕುಲಕ್ಕೆ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಅತಿ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀರು.
ನೀರನ್ನು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಿಂದ ಬಳಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಉಳಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಬಹುಮುಖ್ಯ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಮುಂದಿನ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಗೆ ನಾವು ಉತ್ತಮ ವಾತಾವರಣವನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಬಹುದು.
ಜಲ ಸುಸ್ಥಿರತೆಯನ್ನು ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ರಾಜ್ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲಬುರಗಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕವಾಗಿ ಜಲ ಸುಸ್ಥಿರತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 10 ಮಾದರಿ ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಲು ಕಲಬುರಗಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ಕನ್ಸೋರ್ಟಿಯಂ ಫಾರ್ ಡಿಯಾಟ್ಸ್ ಡಿಸೆಮಿನೇಷನ್ (ಸಿಡಿಡಿ) ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಹಿ ಹಾಕಲಾಯಿತು.
ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರಿನ ಸಂಪತ್ತು ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆ,
ತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ನೀರು ಸಂಸ್ಕರಣಾ ಘಟಕ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ,
ಘನ ಮತ್ತು ದ್ರವ ತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ,
ಮಳೆ ನೀರು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣೆ,
ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಗ್ರಾಮಸ್ಥರನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡು ವಿವಿಧ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮಪರ್ಕವಾಗಿ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನ ಮಾಡುವ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ಈ ಒಪ್ಪಂದ ಹೊಂದಿದೆ.
- ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ಜಲಮೂಲಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕೆರೆ, ಕಟ್ಟೆಗಳಂತಹ ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ಜಲಮೂಲಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವಚ್ಛಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು,
- ಜಲಜೀವಿಗಳ ಜೀವ ವೈವಿಧ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಂರಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ಪರಿಸರ ಸಮತೋಲನಕ್ಕೆ ಶ್ರಮಿಸುವುದು
- ಮರ ಗಿಡಗಳನ್ನು ನೆಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಣ್ಣಿನ ಸವಕಳಿ ತಪ್ಪಿಸುವುದು
- ವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕವಾಗಿ ತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ನೀರು ಸಂಸ್ಕರಣೆಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು,
- ಶಾಲಾ ನೈರ್ಮಲ್ಯ, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯದ ಕೊಳಚೆ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳು, ಬ್ಲ್ಯಾಕ್ ಸ್ಪಾಟ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಹಿಡಿದು ಸಾಂಸ್ಥಿಕ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯಗಳ ವಿಶ್ಲೇಷಿಸುವುದು
- ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿನ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಬಲವರ್ಧನೆಗೆ ಇರುವ ಕೊರತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆ ಹಚ್ಚಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿವಿಧ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅನುದಾನದಿಂದ ಅದನ್ನು ಸರಿಪಡಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವುದು
ಈ ಒಪ್ಪಂದದ ಗುರಿಗಳಾಗಿವೆ.
ಒಪ್ಪಂದದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ 10 ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರೇವಾಟರ್ ಶುದ್ಧಿಕರಣ ಘಟಕದ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಯೋಜನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಡಿ.ಪಿ.ಆರ್. ಸಿದ್ದಪಡಿಸಿ ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ 3 ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕವಾಗಿ ಘಟಕ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
5 ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲಾ ನೈರ್ಮಲ್ಯಗಳ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಪುನ:ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕವಾಗಿ ತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ,
ಸೌರಶಕ್ತಿ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಉತ್ಪಾದಿಸಿ ಪೂರೈಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕವಾಗಿ ಕಲಬುರಗಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮೈಕ್ರೋ ಗ್ರಿಡ್ ಪ್ಲ್ಯಾಂಟ್ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ 20 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಹಣ ಮೀಸಲಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು, ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಕರೆದು ಕೆಲಸ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸ್ವಾವಲಂಬನೆ ಹೊಂದಿದ ದೇಶದ ಮೊದಲ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಕಲಬುರಗಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಹೊಂದಲಿದೆ, ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸ್ವಾವಲಂಬನೆಗೆ ಕಲಬುರಗಿ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾದರಿಯಾಗಿ ಹೊರಹೊಮ್ಮಲಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ನನ್ನದು.
