The CDDP was created during contract talks between @AICProducers and the DGA. The CDDP reflects the commitment of both organizations to effect change and increase the representation of minority and women directors specializing in commercials and marketing communications.

To facilitate the signing of directors with AICP member companies and to make it possible for directors to become DGA members.
