Faithfulness means caring for what we’ve been entrusted with and continuing to build with purpose. Through the way we lead, serve, and invest in others, we can create something that lasts beyond ourselves. May we remain faithful in the small things as we build together.
8
Faithfulness is built through the choices we make every day, to care for others, steward what we’ve been given, and work together toward something greater. In GloryBee, we see how faith can shape the way we do business, care for creation, and build relationships that impact.

Faithfulness is not always about moving forward quickly. Sometimes, it means pausing to listen, seeking wisdom, and choosing a path shaped by peace. May God guide our decisions and teach us to carry His love into the work we do and the people we serve.
9
The work we do matters—not because it is perfect, but because we can offer it faithfully to God. May He guide our efforts, strengthen our hands, and give purpose to what we create, so that our work can make a lasting difference.

Some things take time to grow. Faithfulness is trusting God through the process, remaining committed when the path is unclear, and believing that He is at work even in the moments we cannot yet see the outcome. May we continue with patience, purpose, and trust in His direction.

What we’ve been given is meant to be shared. Our gifts, skills, and strengths become an expression of God’s grace when we use them to serve others and contribute to something beyond ourselves. May we steward what God has entrusted to us with intention and gratitude.

In The Fund, we see what happens when we choose to invest in more than financial returns—we invest in people, relationships, and community. Faithfulness means showing up, caring for one another, and continuing to build something that lasts.

Peace is not simply something we hope for, it's something we are called to pursue. May we carry God’s wisdom into the places we work, lead, and learn, choosing patience and reconciliation along the way. May our faithfulness help create spaces where peace can take root.
10
Faithfulness begins with remembering where our hope comes from. Even when the road ahead is uncertain, we can encourage one another to keep choosing love, pursuing what is good, and trusting in God’s promises.

What if building a successful company started with building a place where people feel valued? Faithfulness is not only about what we build, but how we build it and who we build it with. When we choose to serve and value the people around us,we build something stronger together.

As the Body of Christ, we are called to continue His work of reconciliation, overcome what divides us, and build together toward the unity God desires for us. May we have the courage to keep building, keep seeking one another, and keep reflecting Christ in the way we live.

Faithfulness means showing up, growing together, and doing our part to build something greater than ourselves. When each person brings their gifts, supports one another, and remains rooted in Christ, our community becomes stronger and more connected.

At PointB, the founders did it by building a company dedicated to their employees.  Then they made sure it would endure by selling the company to their employees. This 100% employee-owned consulting firm consistently ranks among the best-places-to-work.

We are called to notice the people around us and meet them with compassion, generosity, and welcome. Whether it’s sharing a meal, offering a helping hand, or making someone feel like they belong, even the smallest acts of hospitality can reflect Christ’s love.
