Help needed! @LeilaFattel & @dpsaroud are doing comparative functional genomics in plants w/ GO (biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/…). What's left is gains/losses of specific terms by clade. Who can suggest software that does this based on using a specified topology and matrix of characters?

A couple of us at the Marana site went to the University of Arizona’s CEAC yesterday to talk to teachers from all over the state about @Bayer4CropsUS’s mission here. In addition, we provided resources they can bring back to their classrooms to advance STEM education.
