On Monday 10/19 there will be a meeting open to all Boys and Girls XC/Track & Field athletes during Advisory period in the auditorium. Millikin University's head coach, Andrew Craycraft will be here to meet and speak to our Clinton athletes.
This is an excellent opportunity to see what their program offers and to share contact information if interested. Please reach out to Coach McClurg if you have any questions.
I know we have several of our Clinton Maroons running this Friday night in the Detweiller at Dark race in Peoria. Here will be the link for the results: results.shazamracing.com/mee…
Also, Coach McClurg will be competing in the Open Race at 7:00 PM. Come out and support the Maroons!

As is also a tradition over the last several years, we will host our annual Root Beer Mile (and optional 4x400m) after the XC meeting on Wednesday 6/3 around 5:15 PM. Please message Coach McClurg so we can get a count of the number of entering athletes.
This year's end of the season banquet will be held on Thursday 6/4 at 42 Manorhill Dr (Coach Dave McClurg's house) starting as early as 4:00 PM. We will eat around 5:30 PM and announce our end of the season awards shortly after. Feel free to stay and swim as long as you'd like.

Let's celebrate Cayden Bostic in the 3200m State Finals! Cayden finished 26th in this year's meet on the blue at Charleston in 9:53.92. That's an improvement over his 29th place finish last season! Great season and good job racing on a hot day at state! We're so proud of you! – at Charleston, IL
