On Aug 3 join our Director, Amy Denhart; Lahela Mattox @RTFHSD; Lucky Michael (Rosen Fdn) & FTEHSD Chair Sean Spear (@CHWorks) for a download on their eye-opening exploration of Vienna's mixed income housing model. Open to all Catalyst members interested in housing/homelessness⤵️
@FTEHSD recently traveled to Europe to learn about a highly successful mixed income housing model (aka social housing) used for nearly a century in Vienna, where residents typically pay less than 25% of income on rent & few people experience homelessness.

In CA, 3 out of 4 renters with extremely low incomes pay more than 50% of their paycheck on rent. The solution is #AffordableHousing.
Yet Congress may cut out affordable housing from the #BuildBackBetterAct. Tell your member of Congress this is a cut we can’t afford.

It's crucial to @chworks' mission to create a sense of belonging. "We know, whether you're a senior or you're 25, getting outdoors and in nature for just a little while, we all feel better at the end of the day." bit.ly/3gu4XhT #HealthyCommunities
