Attention HS football players:
If you want to become a better tackler, join the wrestling team.
If you want to get faster, join the track team.
If you want to become a better over all athlete, get in the weight room and also do the above. – at Carlsbad, CA

Great summer of Speed & Strength for CL Boys Basketball. Let's keep #rollinonphatbeatz into fall sessions!

Bottom line for the summer: No more excuses about working out. Ultimately, it’s your team. Take ownership of it!
Great Team= Summer workouts are player led/productive
Good team= Only coaches get players excited about summer workouts
Bad team= Players hate/avoid summer workouts

The MFCA has lost an icon. Conley 'Con' Natvig passed away today, after a lengthy illness. Few among us have served or loved the Minnesota Football Coaches Association with the loyalty and passion of this giant of our profession. The MFCA sends condolences to his family.

This week’s episode is all about discipline. How do you handle players that break the rules? What are your rules? Repeat offenders? Listen to Joe and Daniel talk with Bill Weiss and Antoine Smith about maintaining discipline on a team.

The Oklahoma State defense doesn't miss tackles. At the heart of that is two OK state wrestling champs, Malcolm Rodriguez and Brock Martin, who weren't star recruits. But Mike Gundy loves his wrestlers, dating back to his days as a wrestler growing up. espn.com/college-football/st…

It doesn't get BETTER THAN THIS!
This is how we get the team pumped up for game night. Varsity FB Srs. take time out of their lunches to hangout with peers. Connor is one who has been hanging with this group & humbly getting his butt kicked at Uno.
This is what makes CL great!
