“Following polypectomy risk of dying of colorectal cancer is 50% lower than general population”. Thoughtful reflections by @Rutter_Matt @BritSocGastro #bsg2018. After index polypectomy stratification of surveillance need hugely dependant on polyp characteristics (eg >20mm).
