See, the way he talks, in my opinion, requires Dipoto to change his roster construction philosophy. They can only win in a very certain scope as currently constructed. They need more athletes, speed, and a deeper bench. They need to be able to get on base better.
I love Williams and Murphy at DT, but they need far more juice from Reed’s role at 3T. They need a big body who can truly hold the fort and get push in the end zone and on short yardage downs. They are getting bullied by good o-lines.
