How to make NBA 2K25 better overnight.
Remove ALL RNG! (Trade this off with a DECREASE in green window size for a REAL skill gap)
Fix sliders for passing so attributes matter more (2K tutes made a video fixing the passing inconsistencies by changing sliders, why can’t Mike Wang?)
Remove any sort of system that lets teams stay in the game when they should be getting smacked/forced momentum swings.
Remove METER in EVENTS!
+2 Cap Breakers at level 40 next season.
Release all animations, stop gatekeeping behind players and even not dropping some at all.
Remove every shot/layup profile except high risk.

NBA 2K should have a green window animation pop-up in the bottom corner after you shoot a shot 💡
Similar to MLB The Show's swing feedback feature. This way we could see how big our green window was each shot & how close we were to the green window 🔥

1s, 2s, and 3s have all been a terrible experience for most in NBA 2K and these modes were what once made 2k so popular in its prime.
3s - Every game its a stage lineup
2s - L2 Cheese or middy fades
1s - Abusing the Strong Handle animations
and youre at an extreme disadvantage if youre not on the same lineup or doing the same thing. How do we combat this? I seriously dont know.

Alright Im Going To Say It. We Should Not Chase Realism In Every Aspect Of 2k imo. We Should prioritize Fun, Responsiveness, Variety, And Explosiveness Over Realism In Some Cases (While Having Defense Equally As OP / Fast)
There's a Reason Why NBA 2K19 Was significantly More Popular Than NBA LIVE 19.
NBA LIVE 19 Was An Amazing Game, and The Gameplay Was Closer To Realism. But 2K19 Had More To It. There's a Reason Why People Always Chose 2K Over NBA Live. And One Game Was Way More Realistic Than The Other.
Not Saying 2K19 Was Amazing And We Should Chase That Gameplay Exactly, Or That We Cant Chase Realism And Add In More Pro Play Animations. There Was Issues With 19 fs. Just Like 2K25.
We Know The Direction 2K is Heading And Im Okay With It. Im Having Fun In 2K25. But 2K Needs To Be On Top Of Things With All Of This Competition. Fortnite (Free) Marvel Rivals (Free) Warzone (Free) Delta Force (Free). Games Are Moving Towards A Free Way To Play As 2K Gets More Expensive. That Puts INCREDABLE Pressure On The Dev Team To Make Miracles in Gameplay Happen. Add On The Dip in Viewership in The NBA...
I Imagine Its Extremely Hard To Please Both Sides. Add On The Cost To Get Into The Game / Play The Game. It Puts The Devs In Very Complicated Situations. That's Why You Will Never Catch Me Bashing Any Dev Or Anyone That Has Different Views Than Me. I Simply Say My View, Thoughts, and Opinions and Why I Think That Way and Live With The Results.
This Post Was All Over The Place. I Just Really Hope 2K Figures Things Out For The Future. Bc I Love Basketball And I Love This Game. Like A Lot Of People Do, Which Is Why So Many People Are Passionate About It.

- this is a marathon, not a sprint, don’t burn yourself out.
- don’t be a perfectionist, get the video out and look to be 10% than your last video.
- enjoy the process, the fake shit is easy to see through.
- make friends, there is weirdos in every community but there’s also dope people.
- Touching grass is good for the mentals
