Last week, COSCDA held its first-ever Disaster Recovery Bootcamp for state and local recipients of HUD disaster aid. With support from experienced grantees incl. @COLocalAffairs, 100 participants graduated from the course w. improved knowledge of recovery & resiliency programs.
