🔧 Sláva Zahoranská has been part of VOP Nováky since 2014. Today, she works as a pyrotechnics production supervisor in Hall P1, overseeing the entire process from ensuring the necessary materials are available for production to placing finished products into stock. 👥 Every day, she coordinates the work of more than 40 colleagues across a two-shift operation. Her responsibilities include ensuring smooth production, assigning tasks, and overseeing compliance with safety regulations. For Sláva, this level of responsibility is one of the biggest differences compared to her previous work in the textile industry. ✨ Sláva has spent more than a decade at VOP Nováky, including the past two years as a production supervisor.
