Shannon Reese is a fourth grade teacher at @CWCcoyotes. Shannon creates a learning environment that enables her students to learn and grow together in a safe space where they feel validated and respected. “As an educator, I believe that all students can be inspired to learn. Due to the forecast for inclement weather, Olathe Public Schools will be closed January 12, 2024. We will be following “Plan A” where all district buildings will be closed and facility rental and JCPRD childcare are also cancelled. State debate competitions will still take place at Olathe North High School. Other decisions on high school activities will be made later today, however, there will be no elementary and middle school activities or athletics.
